Returns and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase. Contact us before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by our error.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your return. If approved, refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, contact us.

Exceptions

Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards may not be returnable. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
